The story revolves around eight ordinary people from different walks of life living in the bustling city of Bangkok. Among them are: “Uncle Boonsang,” a taxi driver; “Tao-Toey,” a production crew welfare officer; “Jenny,” an undertaker; “Joey,” an intern who dreams of making films; “Auntie Soi,” a meatball vendor in front of a school; “Pae,” the owner of an artificial flower shop; “Tulip,” a schoolgirl who aspires to be a beauty blogger; and “Joy,” a TV show producer.
Though their lives may seem ordinary, each of them faces their own personal struggles. Some days bring success, others disappointment and failure. But in the end, no matter what happens, they all strive to live their lives the best they can — never forgetting to offer encouragement and support to those around them.

Junk Mail: Unread Letters tells five real-life inspired stories about children facing serious challenges.
Darm, a producer; Mini, a writer; and Yeen, a recent psychology graduate, discover emails from kids that were never read in junk mail. They decide to create an online show called Junk Mail to help these young voices be heard.
With support from Aunt Noi, who raised Darm and provides funding and a filming space, the team is joined by Man (a crime reporter), Tui (a psychologist), and Dr. Wi (a psychiatrist).
Together, they face five tough cases, pouring their hearts into helping kids who are lost and struggling—so no one has to suffer alone in silence.
